in one of your tutorials you told us to change the cache setting when working with skins. What is that setting? I have skins that do not seem to apply updates sometimes.

I do not recall mentioning cache settings in a tutorial, when I'm developing skins I use a default installation of DotNetNuke with no changes made to the cache settings. Updates do not happen sometimes if you have an enabled the cache settings to improve performance or if you are using a module such as page blaster. To get around this, you should simply be able to press ctrl+F5
