Hi guys,

This website www.guchusum.org has been going since Autumn 2006 and I was wondering what you thought. Any annoying bits or comments would be really appreciated. Is the site navigation logical? I haven't departed very far from the standard DNN skin due to time and I think I would need to take a week off to catch up with all Lee's videos from the past year!

I would first buy a skin from snowcovered. It's an inexpensive way to really make your page standout, and look polished.

The top navigation probably needs to be looked at again. Only the Shop HIDmain page has an icon next to it, and it simply looks odd. I would also rename it to something simple, like Shop, or Store.

You have great content! Just needs to be wrapped up, and look nice

It’s a good site. It provides so much info.

I think the icon for the store link ShopHIDmain page is distorting the menu bar and should be removed. Also the name could be more reader-friendly.

On bottom the shopping cart page there’s the default text for a blank HTML/Text module “Add Content...” And the text styles are inconsistent throughout the site.

I actually made the website for the Tibetan Cheese Project in 2002, yakcheese.org. It was just recently redesigned. You can add it to your Tibet related sites page.

Actually that silly shop thing isn't finished. Originally it was contained within an administrator-accessible parent page and then when I moved the page I forgot to change the permissions, whoops!

I'm definitely meaning to get round and change the text styles, just gotta find the time.

I might consider buying a new skin. I think it would have to be crisper/an improvement on the current design, but I would prefer not making an enormous design change since some of our regular traffic base may get confused.
