as of 9/05, these guys are totally clueless. Their DNS servers respond with invalid info to requests, I requested a DNN set up (You have to send an email and request it be installed, no auto install, same for SQL databases). After 7 days, still not set up, I gave up and asked for a refund. Then the bs started:

To cancel you have to FAX them a request to cancel. It took 4 faxes and a copy via email to get them to respond. Very quick to hit your paypal, a bit slower to put it back. Had to threaten to start a pay pal dispute to get their attention.

    Conclusion,

Nice plans, but since they make it impossible to use the services, why bother.

FYI, I signed up wit DotNetPark, and had my DNN portal and databases up in 4 hours, from time of signup. Nat as generous with the storage and bandwidth, but solid, fantastic tech support.

Nice plans and they seem honest and have integrity to me. But I wouldn't recommend for serious DotNetNuke hosting just yet.

If they replace / consolidate their service and help desk to something that is actually effective and pleasing to the customer. Then spend some serious time and money training their staff on DotNetNuke standards and best practices they would be someone to consider for DotNetNuke hosting in the future.

However, right now they are too generic (PHP, Coldfusion, etc., etc.) so they haven't really taken the time to educate themselves on DotNetNuke and how to please that type of community.

I had a chat with their Sales rep yesterday about my hosting requirements. This company does NOT support any subdomains for any of their Windows based packages. I was told that you can have DNN but you will not be able to have any child portals at this time. This could be a big problem for some.
