When I set a startdate in the future for a tab so that tab will be available on that specific date I am unable to view/edit that tab from any role because I get the following error: "You do not have access to view this tab within the portal" Even logged in as host or admin the tab isn't viewable. I want a content editor to be able to edit the page before it has reached the start date, any ideas? Thanks, Brian

If you are developing the page, set it to be visibly to administrators only. Then you can edit it. When it is ready, you can then set the start and end dates.

You can get to the page's settings from the admin, pages page.

Thanks tons Joseph... I was actually trying to simplify my explanation so I wouldn't over complicate it. This was really giving our client the ability though a custom "pages page" (heh we call it that too) to "publish" and "unpublish" a page. I was attempting to use a date of yesterday for start date and "MaxValue" for end date when published, and a startdate of MinValue and enddate of yesterday when not published.

Now I'm just programatically adding and removing "View" for All Users (-1) to the tab when publish/unpublish. That works MUCH better! But I like the way you described if we truly do have to queue up a page for date-based publishing, but so far we haven't had that requested.

    Thanks again,

    Brian
