We have a form that we have created as that includes the following. Some of the fields work, others do not: First name: John Last name: Doe Display Name: John Doe User Name: johndoe THESE FIELDS ARE NOT WORKING: Error accessing [DynamicReg:EmailAddress], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicReg assword], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicReg:ConfirmPassword], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicReg:CompanyName], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicReg:Street], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicReg:City], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicRegostalCode], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicReg:Telephone], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [DynamicReg:Customer], DynamicReg is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [Address:State], Address is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [Address:Region], Address is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [Name: FirstName], Name is an unknown datasource. Error accessing [Name: LastName], Name is an unknown datasource. Here is the syntax in the content of the underlying form header: Requestor Information: First name: [User:FirstName] Last name: [User:LastName] Display Name: [UserisplayName] User Name: [User:Username] THESE FIELDS ARE NOT WORKING: [DynamicReg:EmailAddress] [DynamicReg assword] [DynamicReg:ConfirmPassword] [DynamicReg:CompanyName] [DynamicReg:Street] [DynamicReg:City] [DynamicRegostalCode] [DynamicReg:Telephone] [DynamicReg:Customer] [Address:State] [Address:Region] [Name: FirstName] [Name: LastName] What are we doing wrong?

UPDATE: Have utilized the following syntax and got better results: Requestor Information: First name: [User:FirstName] Last name: [User:LastName] Display Name: [UserisplayName] User Name: [User:Username] Email: [User:Email] Address: [Profile:Street] [Profile:City] [ProfileostalCode] Phone: [Profile:Telephone] Using the following reference: http://www.datasprings.com/Resource...tions.aspx This seems to have answered the question.
