after i uploading the new contenct in my website and i uploading static html page have introdaction flash it show the old one i need to use ctrl+F5 how can i avoid using ctrl+F5

You probably can't. Your browser is caching the old flash file, and CRTL-F5 forces a reload. If you wait "long enough" then the cache will expire.
