Install Skin Error Message

Hi When trying to install a new skin via Extensions with DNN v 5.2.3 I get the following error message. A critical error has occurred. Could not find file 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\DotNetNuke\Install\Temp\u0kxpau3\license.txt'. The same message appears when using Admin extensions or Host module. Can any one help please Thanks David

Where did you get this skin? It seems to be missing a file, license.txt, that is a required element of the "new" skin format. If the skin is packages with a new style manifest file and doesn't include the license file, you'll get an error like this.
