Does anyone know of a module that indicates where I am in the site? Meaning, a module that tells me what page I'm currently viewing.

Use a Text/HTML module. Go to Module Settings and turn on Token Replacement. Then place "[Tab:TabName]" in the module contents. You can put other content in as well.

That works perfectly but its not very elegant. Is there another way to do it?

What kind of elegance do you want? You can style the name any way that you like. You can place it anywhere in the page that you like by putting a "content pane" there. Tell me more about how you would like to do this, and I can give you some other suggestions.

The other approach is to use the BREADCRUMB skin object in your skin and configure it to show only the current tab name.

I was looking for something like they have here on this forum. For example, I'm viewing page:

That is a "breadcrumb" that is built into the forum software.

The DotNetNuke BREADCRUMB skin object provides exactly the same functionality.  If you want that on a page, my recommendation is that you add it to your skin.

Sorry, I don't know how to do that. How do I do it? My skin was made in Artisteer.

If you created the skin, then you might want to go back to Artisteer and see if the BREADCRUMB is supported.

If not, you will need to learn to edit existing skins.  These tutorials should help:
The other skinning tutorials will help, too.

A quick bit of Googling leads me to believe that Artisteer does support the DotNetNuke BREADCRUMB skin object.
