Is anyone else having problems with the website for Onyaktech? UPDATE: I seemed to have hit them with my support questions at the same time as they had a temporary website issue. All is ok again and my problems addressed quickly.

We've found that Onyaktech is REALLY good at advertising, but lacking in support. We also wanted a module like H2O and ended up going with DataSpring's Dynamic Forms. They have easy to follow tutorials and I definitely suggest getting their bundle (lots of great tools).

The website is back up and running after some temporary issues with the servers. Chris, the developer seems like a very considerate person and tries to answer all the support issues personally so I don't fault them for that. I just had bad timing with my issue and the website problems. The site is back to normal and the small issue I had with a module as fixed personally by Chris. Happy customer

    Hello,

Chris from Onyaktech emailed me with the following message and asked me to pass it on to you,

    Thanks,

    Lee

Could you please post to the following thread that we are having a network problem with the server that should be resolved today.  I handle all support tickets the same day they are received, at the very least I try to provide a response to all emails, calls and support.

Right now, our site is down and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.  I would appreciate it if you could please state this on your site.  I get emails all the time that our support is outstanding and that people love our modules.  Could you please indicate on your forums that we are working on this issue and that all emails will get answered as soon as possible?
