    Hi Lee,
My HTML module displays the last five versions only. Is there a way to revert to an earlier version that isn't listed?
    Thanks,
    Cindy

My DotNetNuke 5.4.1 site stores more than 5 versions.  As a test, I created 7 versions of one Text/HTML module.  I don't recall seeing any settings that limits the number of versions.  I looked around and haven't found any setting that would limit the number of versions.

Weird. My site is also 5.4.1. When I click on Edit Content and check Version History, it shows that I'm currently on version 24 and gives the options of reverting back to 23, 22, 21, or 20. I want to revert to version 15, but can't figure out how to get back to it.

    Hi
we have started using the content staging workflow and have noticed that only Super Users can view and publish the content. I probably have set the wrong permissions but would hope that any one who was a site administrator could do this.
What am I doing wrong?? cheers melinda

I assume that you are using the Community Edition of DotNetNuke.  If so, anyone with Edit permissions for the module can publish it.

is there a way so that users of one usergroup can edit the text and another usergroup can publish?
    Thanks,
    Stephany

You may be able to do this with Oliver Hine's Custom Permissions Providers (at oliverhine.com).  Check and see if there are separate Edit and Publish permissions available.

You can do it with DotNetNuke Professional Edition.
