    To DNN Creative Magazine Subscribers:

The subscription sign up process as from today has been changed to a much easier signup process.

If you have received an email from PayPal stating your subscription has been cancelled, don’t worry you still have full access to DNN Creative Magazine.

You may or may not have realised when you signed up to a subscription with DNN Creative Magazine through PayPal that it set up a yearly automatic renewal. (This is due to the way DotNetNuke creates the subscriptions). We do not like this way of automatically charging users and do not regard it as a good practice, so we have changed the process.

We have now implemented a new sign up form which no longer creates an automatic payment renewal in PayPal.

Following this we have cancelled all automatic PayPal subscriptions for our subscribers. – You should have received an email from PayPal informing you of the cancellation.

Of course, you still have full access to DNN Creative for the time period of your subscription.

    Please Read Carefully

If you signed up to DNN Creative Magazine and used a different email to pay via PayPal, the automatic subscription will not have cancelled.

You need to cancel this yourself:

    Log into PayPal
    Click on the ‘Overview’ Tab
Above the table of transactions, click on ‘All Activity’
Under Search, select from the Show drop down box ‘subscriptions’
    Click the ‘Within’ radio button
Select ‘The Past Year’ from the drop down list
    Click on Search

You will now see a list of any subscriptions, find the DNN Creative Magazine subscription, view it and click on Cancel Subscription.

If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for being a subscriber to DNN Creative Magazine.

    All the best,
