To all PowerDNN customers or those considering PowerDNN as their DNN hosting provider:

In the instant gratification, microwaveable world we live in today, it has sadly become the norm that service and solutions providers only hear from their customers when something goes wrong and rarely, if ever, hear from those same customers when things go right. Afterall, the service provider is only doing the job they are being paid for, right?

Wrong! I beleive it is just as important to say "Well done" when others work hard to provide uninterrupted, quality services to us so we can, in turn, provide uninterrupted, quality services to those who depend upon us. In that spirit, I would like to publicly share a BIG THANK YOU to the team at PowerDNN! (DISCLAIMER - for all the legal types reading this - Other than being an increasingly satisfied and loyal customer of PowerDNN, neither I nor any of my family and friends are employees of PowerDNN nor otherwise affiliated with PowerDNN in any way)

The team at PowerDNN recently and proactively, identified a growing Internet threat, quickly devised an immediate response to mitigate the potential vulnerability and destructiveness the threat posed to PowerDNN's servers, developed and implemented a long-term solution to the threat, kept their customers completely up-to-date on the issues, plans, and progress during the event, and still maintained virtually 100% uptime (i.e., no loss of service), with minimal effects on performance, during the entire ordeal. In fact, if it were not for PowerDNN's committment to keep their customers proactively informed of any potential problems with server performance or uptime, I believe that other than a few possible exceptions, none of us would have ever realized that anything had occured at all.

It is also notable, that this level of quality care and support is not the exception, but rather the rule at PowerDNN. The PowerDNN team simply considers it a part of "doing their job." Their devotion to their customers is woven into the very fibre of who they are. Because of this truth (not just promised or talked about, but continually demonstrated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) I felt compelled to let you know (through this thread) and the PowerDNN team know (through the following message, also sent to them via separate eMail) exactly how much I appreciate them and their service to their customers:

Dear John Grange, Tony Valenti, Paul Gledhil, and the rest of the PowerDNN Team,

Thank you very much for the superior quality of your hardware, software, and event detection systems, the unmatched expertise, expediency, and thoroughness of your event response teams, and the timeliness, detail, and candor of your customer alerts and progress reports. I am convinced it would be an impossible task to find another hosting, development, and support solutions provider that could come within a thousand miles of even being in PowerDNN’s shadow. The PowerDNN team and company product offerings are without equal and are second to none.

Without exception, every time I have needed to call, submit a ticket, or exchange eMail with your very qualified and knowledgeable support team, I have always received prompt, courteous, and informative assistance, with constant attention and follow-through, until the issue is brought successfully to resolution. I am thankful for the unwavering confidence and security that is mine, knowing that your team is diligently looking out for me and my DNN-powered websites, allowing me to focus on other business, ministry, and personal issues related to those sites and the people I serve.

Please keep up the good work and please pass my note of appreciation on to the rest of the PowerDNN team.

I pray that God richly blesses each of you and your families, as well as your company, business partners, and customers exceedingly beyond anyone’s ability to measure.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

    In Christ’s service (and yours),

    Rev. Christopher M. Fulgham

I appreciate the opportunity to have shared this with others in the community of DNN users and developers. As is very obvious, I am extremely pleased with PowerDNN and highly recommend them to anyone seeking to develop and maintain DNN-powered websites hosted by a dependable, trustworthy, and quality committment driven company.

I pray for success and blessings for each of you, your DNN websites, and your customers.

    In Christ's service (and yours),

    Rev. Christopher M. Fulgham
