We are in the process of adding a new hosting service – BUT WHAT TO CHOOSE?

We are Site developers, and we do host for our customers, setting up customer portals and point the domains. Many of these portals / sites are “landing type portals, meaning they are very small.

Seems like many host limit this system?  Resellers Choice and Webhost 4-life seem to have limits of 5 and 8 domains?

How much do we need to pay for descent hosting?

Perhaps it will be worth contacting the hosting providers direct and seeing if they will do you a deal for hosting several domains. If I recall correctly, I think I have a reseller choice account with 20+domains.

    Thanks Joe

I saw you where using Reseller Choice in a resent tutorial, so I had them on the list.

But I did almost give up after several days being unable to contact them, their contact page was totally stuffed up.

    Links that didn’t work.

No international phone number. (now added)

    Query form incomplete.

    No attendance on live chat.

    http://www.resellerschoice.com/comp...ct_us.aspx

Eventually I got in touch with them, and they called me for a good long chat yesterday morning. – With apologies for the faulty page.

(I told them that if it hadn’t been a reference from DNN Creative I would have thrown them in the bin after all the mess. - So you’re in the good books there Joe!)

Now it seems like I go for Reseller Choice despite all.

    Have a great weekend…

    Hi People!!

Yea, I ended up going with ResellerChoice despite a lot of hassle getting in touch with the. Have a few sites running there now - and so far so good.

Got excellent tech support with a million questions the first day I tried to get it working.

    Cheers
