DotNetNuke.Modules.Help.DataProvider threw an exception

I just installed the Help 03.00.02 module into our DNN Version 4.8.3 site.

After adding the Help module to a page, we get this error:

Error: Help is currently unavailable.

I found a reply by Philip Beadle in www.dotnetnuke.com from 7/3/2007 to look in the bin folder and delete DotNetNuke.modules.Help.SqlDataprovider.dll file if it's there there. After I deleted the dll, the error went away.

hi i've the same error with the media module. i deleted the DotnetNuke.Modules.Media.SqlDataProviders.dll and nothing happend.

thanks a lot for help, because, even faq and forum modules display the same error.
